COVID-19 Response Update

To our valued customers, just letting you all know About Pens is still operating. 

We have implemented new practices for our staff to ensure their health and the safety of our customers and the community during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We remain fully operational and where possible if required we have made arrangements for staff to work remotely for the foreseeable future.

Please note that in the coming weeks/months our regular couriers have advised that their services may be revised to ATL (Authority to Leave) to avoid social contact. 

We currently have moderate levels of stock available and only expect small delays if any in restocking in the foreseeable future. However, we can not rule out a price increase moving forward due to the downturn of the AUD caused by COVID-19. If you need any assistance please let us know.

We are aware that COVID-19 is having a large impact both here in Australia and across the world. As a small Australian owned business ourselves we are feeling the struggle. Let’s hope that we can all beat this virus together. Stay strong Aussies and let’s hope we can get back to normal as soon as possible!
