About Pens created an exclusive Express Pens section where we have stock ready for when you need to make a fast turnaround promotional pen order. Our printing is done locally from Brisbane and Sydney and dispatches to you 5 days after artwork approval and payment subject to the production pipeline.
When you need to make a rush order, start by notifying us of your delivery deadline and submitting your logo/artwork file so our customer service team can prioritise the order. Please send through your logo file in PDF or EPS format to reduce our lead-time for providing artwork mock-up. Also state your pen choice clearly, including the colour of barrel/grip, and provide an alternative selection to aid our inventory check.
Our express promotional pen orders are subject to a rush fee starting at $40 plus expedited freight charges should it be required. Our express services include an update of progress and delivery tracking.
